Anti Fraud Policy

The corporate fraud policy is established to facilitate the development of controls that will aid in the detection and prevention of fraud against ONARRIVE OVERSEAS CONSULTANTS. Management is responsible for the detection and prevention of fraud, misappropriations, and other irregularities. Fraud is defined as the intentional, false representation or concealment of a material fact for the purpose of inducing another to act upon it to his injury.

Payments to ON-Arrive Overseas Consultants:

When the payment is made to ON-Arrive, An acknowledgment of payment receipt will be issued to the clients on the same day from our accounts team. ON-Arrive issues receipts for all payments made to the company. If you have any questions regarding payments to ON-Arrive, please send an email to Support@on-arrive.com

Payments to ON-Arrive Employees:

If any ON-Arrive employees offered to polish your profile or get you any kind of documents for additional payment, we strongly advise that you inform the management (ON-Arrive) to take suitable action against the employee. If any payment or any verbal or written agreement with an ON-Arrive employees, we are not
responsible for the consequences or refund.

Third Party Service by ON-Arrive Employees:

If any ON-Arrive employees suggest you taking any third party service from vendors as this is not endorsed or permitted by the company and you run the risk of fraud by indulging in the same. If any charges paid or any agreements have signed, we ON-Arrive Overseas Consultants are not responsible for the same.

False/Fake/Fraudulent Documents:

ON-Arrive only work on documentation that has been provided by you. We assume that all that has been submitted to us is 100% true and correct. ON-Arrive does not deal with any false/misleading/fake documents or we won’t encourage such acts. ON-Arrive accepted your
profile based on the information you have provided by you. ON-Arrive is not liable if you have provided incorrect / misleading / fraudulent documentation or information. ON-Arrive employees are strictly warned against illegal practices such as this and are required to follow to ON-Arrive company policy. In the event if any ON-Arrive staffs going against company policy. ON-Arrive is not responsible or liable for the same as our policy is to accept cases where information provided is 100% true.

To avoid such rejection and refused entry into foreign countries, you must be aware of the following:

1. Do not believe ON-Arrive employees who say that they can fasten your visa processing or the visa result, which they cannot. Such decision can be done only from immigration/visa officer authorized by the respective country.

2. Do not believe ON-Arrive employees who encourage you to prepare misleading/fake documents to submit with your visa application. The application will be refused and you will be restricted from that country for 5 years.

3. Do not trust any websites/emails/calls who say they can increase your desired IELTS bands for money in exchange. The application will be accepted in the portal and your bands score will not be displayed in online system.

4. Do not believe by job offer or visa scam. Most people are being cheated with aboard job offers that are fake. Please check more than once before handing over your money, passport, financial and personal details.

5. Do not be scammed by frauds pretending to be visa officers from Embassies. Legitimate visa officers cannot be contacted directly outside the office nor do they contact you for money to your visa application status.

Job Promises:

ON-Arrive is an approved and registered recruitment agency in India and works with foreign employers and placement agencies who recruit candidates from ON-Arrive for a fee. ON-Arrive does not guarantee jobs or charge the candidate for the job. ON-Arrive Overseas Consultants does not play any part visa being granted or denied. Also no ON-Arrive employees are permitted to do so.
